3 time of inputting error password would  lock the DVR. For that case,please send the locked screenshot to us and you would get a password reset guide with 24H in work day. Check out the following help guide for your case. We are always here to help!

  1. If the locked screen has an 8 digit locked code, send it to us. We will send you a 6 digit password and It only be valid within one day.

2. If there is no locked code on the screen and just appearing “Account has been locked” or “Lack Authority”. Please provide  screenshot or related info,we will send super password to you.

3. If you get an 6 characters length locked code please send to us, we will send the supper password to you. You can also download and unzip the reset password software in your computer ,and get super password and reset DVR .

    • Base the date on the screen of DVR to select the correct super password.
      When you input super password DVR will restore default setting. The default username is admin default password is no password(don’t input any password)

Hi wondering if you could help me, I have to reset my dvr password as I think someone changed it when I was on holidays, I let sum1 house sit and they have changed the password word and forgot it now I have tired several times to get into the system and tired to reboot the system but now the pictures to the camera’s are not on my screen and now dvr is saying that system maintaining contact installer plz and if I try anything else the dvr is saying account has been locked
    And it’s not giving me a error code to provide to you. the date today 2nd of July 2018 or 2/7/18 or
    USA way of order of dates 7/2/2018.

    We have been locked out of the system by a fraudulent employee, so we need to reset the password. The admin account is at the moment locked-out but no error code is given.

  21. Hola: Tambien estoy Bloqueado (fecha es 17/07/2018) la hora sigue normal. no hay codigo Antes se veveian muy bien incluyendo mi celular y de pronto en esta fecha cuenta bloqueada con solo (admin) el modelo es (e4df004cfeb51ed0) ( Floureon H264) quien me ayuda ?

  25. hello. i got the same problem now. ive tried resetting it by removing the battery for a few minutes, rebooted it without the battery for a few seconds even used your reset tool but no luck. it still says SystemMaintaining!Contact Installer.

  30. can’t log in i bought it last year in september just now try setting it up came with a paper said username admin password is ” ” can’t find this on the keyboard help me what am I doing wrong i don’t have a hard drive in stall yet does it matter
