Input error password 3 times DVR will be locked.
If you get an error code show me the code I will send the password to you .
If there is no error code and only appear “Account has been locked” , please use the following super password to unlock.
Base the date on the screen of DVR to select the correct super password.
When you input super password DVR will restore default setting. The default username is admin default password is no password

Ok only two of four camera’s are working right now and unfortunately my sister and her boyfriend have broken up and we have no idea what the user name or password is what can i do

My cameras go black when it gets dark how do I fix this

1. camera powered on and cover it by hands to check whether the LED works well , If it doesn’t work please change another power supply to try.
2. IR working makes a slight click sound, hold the camera LED with your hand to check if you can hear a click. Repeatedly block the camera LED lights to check. If you can hear the click sound mean that the IR is OK, if not it is broken.

The IR is working it’s clicking and switching over but it goes completely black after a few seconds, do I need to adjust settings or are the cameras defective
